 Francesc
Espinet Coll (francesc.espinet@bellvehi.com)
Partner. He is in charge of the Civil Law, Procedure Law and Criminial Law
Departments. He is a member of the distinguished Bar Association of Girona. He
has a huge experience in civil and criminal procedures, acting in any kind of
jurisdiction, courts and instances, civil and criminal. In Civil Law he is
specialized principally in Family Law, Inheritance, Real State and rentals and
in Criminal Law he is specialized principally in economic crimes.
Before his incorporation in Bellvehí Advocats, in 2006, he prepared the courses
to be judge, and worked during four years in the Law firm Roca Junyent. He was
graduated as a Lawyer in Navarra University in 1996, and he has done
postgraduate courses in Civil and Private International Law in Navarra
University, being professor in the Civil Law Department of the faculty. He
teaches in a course on Real State Law in the legal foundation of the University
of Girona. Promoter of the legal magazine “Foro legal universitario”, he has
wrote various articles in specialized magazines and he has teach different
conferences in his expertise.
He speaks Catalan, Spanish, English and French.
