Partner and Director of Bellvehí Advocats. He is in charge or the Commercial and
Company Law Department. He is a member of the distinguished Bar Association of
Girona. He is specialized in advising little and medium size companies, Company
Law, Bankruptcy Law, Private International Law, EU Law, Industrial Property Law,
Financial Law, Tourism Law and Non Profit Entities Law.
He has got a large professional experience, he was partner of one of the
principal law firms of Catalonia and Director of Girona’s office for more than
six years, until he decided to initiate his own professional project. He was
also secretary of a bank governing board during more than six years, as well as,
secretary of the board of directors of many commercial corporates and patronage
of many legal foundations and associations. He is bankruptcy court administrator
of many corporates and he participated in first level national and international
operations.
He holds a Master Degree in Corporate Law from Pompeu Fabra University (in
Barcelona) and Master Degree in International Commercial Law from the Bar
Association of Barcelona. He has done two Doctarate courses by the UNED about
Commercial Law. He also has done postgraduate courses in Financial Law and New
Technologies Law in ESADE and European Law in the Bar Association of Barcelona.
He is co-author of various books and he wrote different articles in specialized
magazines. He was teacher in different masters and he gave many conferences
about different matters of his expertise.
He was president of the “Young Lawyers Association of Catalunya” and secretary
of the Board of directors of the association “Young Lawyers of Girona”.
He has done postgraduate courses about international trade and common Law in the
Guildhall Universtity of London and in the Edinburgh’s University.
He speaks Catalan, Spanish, English and French.
